iListen starts Women's History Month with its first guest, Janet Brazil. We mark Brain Injury Awareness Day on March 4 as Janet educates us on the effects of brain injury and how it can be managed.
Janet is the author of "Heal Your Brain Faster - Empower Your Mind Through Yoga" and a certified yoga instructor. She is a survivor of a traumatic brain injury for more than three decades. Her mission is to help other brain injured and stroke survivors heal through yoga and breathing practice.

We commemorate the victims of the Holocaust on January 27, International Holocaust Remembrance Day, with guest Abraham Silverman who tells of his experience growing up in the Jewish ghettos of Iași, Romania under nazi occupation. He was one of only 11,000 Jews that survived out of the 35,000 Jews in that ghetto. We also discuss the rise of anti-semitism and what's necessary to ensure events like the holocaust don't repeat history.
I had a great chat on vulnerability with Andre Lam who is a former software developer turned person developer. With a career spanning almost two decades with stints in Toastmasters and BNI he transitioned from software development to sales to coaching doing what he loves which is to become his best self and helping others along the way for their reasons.
